Use Google to search groups. I remember one poster in a Cadsoft Eagle
group suggesting to include the Electra with Eagle.

Ok, ok. I don't like autorouters, mainly because they tend to mess up
EMI and analog stuff. But if all critical paths are hand-routed and the
autorouter is then let out of the gate it can do a neat job. I have only
seen Specctra. That one was pretty good.
