Many of the Gummel Poon parameters don't seem straightforward to
extract for devices in general, seeing the amount of math involved, and
a lack of information on how to use the formalaes, or find the values
for the variables used in the formulaes.

Why not use devices for which you do have SPICE models, it would save a
lot of time.
