[MAC+PHY] 10Mbit in a small package using an SPI interface?

Hi all,

I was looking for a 10MBit ethernet mac+phy chip that allows to
communicate over an SPI port. Is someone aware of such a device?

I did found an USB chip, that does this, however that's not SPI
