On my computer's motherboard next to the ATX power socket, there are three
MOSFETs labeled NEC K3296. I presume these are part of the voltage regulator
circuits. Now, there are three other similar looking ones labeled JS214A.
They are most likely also MOSFETs because they look just like the K3296s.
Questions:
Are these JS214A MOSFETs?
If so, are they equivalent/interchangeable with the NEC K3296?
Does anyone know a link to the specs for JS214A (I searched Google, but
could locate anything useful link)?
Anyone has a link to a good cross reference table for MOSFETs?
Thanks
Al-U
