Not necessarily rude but it seems that a lot of posters to many N/G do so
with a non-active or useless E_Mail attached. For what ever reason is
totally unclear. IMHO: Posting information should be appropriate, concise,
and informational to the original post. S/A what causes the Neon Lamp to
flicker?? Possible just an effect when AC voltage applied through a Neon
Plasma?? Or the effect of the Neon Gas after being activated by the
application of appropriate DC voltage to allow izonation, Et Al Fin. <
