How to test Motorola TMOS?

Hi, I've got a handfull of some old quad TMOS IC.s
30V gate and 60V drain. What would be a good test?
A frequency generator at 10V , 20 kHz on the gate
and have drain at 20V Vcc , source with 10 LEDs to
GND?
