These are really wild guesses but ...
Could it be a TI TLP2272 (whatever that is) ???
If so, could this be similar to a TLP227G-2 Dual Photo Relay ???

Could the "P" and "R" in "PSR" refer to "photo" and "relay" ???
"S" = switch ???
