What is this chip?: Samsung 3F9454XZZSKB4

Trying to find out if this is a dedicated battery charge controller or
a programmable (OTP or flash).

I can find lots of places that have it available for purchase, but no
info on what the part does.

Does anyone have any info or a link to a data***? Thanks!
