how OP AMP internal circuitry works

I am investigating op amps, and would like info or a website showing
the internal circuitry of an op amp, not a 741 though. ie taking
circuit diagram and breaking it down to see what its doing stage by
stage? ie current mirrors + darlington pairs. I wuld like a decent
description. If anybody could help I would be very happy
