Phillips PCD3311

Anyone know of a chip like the PCD3311 that can hang on a
microcontroller bus and generarte some spot sine-waves on command? The
PCD3311 has done a nice job for us for ten years or so but it's gone
out of production. Oh, and it has to be RoHS compliant.
