Anyone know of a UK supplier for the AIC1722-50L ?

Its a 300mA LDO linear regulator in TO92 case

Thank you for your prompt reply, however I do not plan to repair the
battery charger for its original use so it doesn't have to fit in its
original case. With this in mind I decided to take a chance on a
TS2940CZ-5.0 in TO220 case and at 1A rating instead of 300mA - it may
survive the abuse which killed the original part!

In case I need obscure parts in future it would be handy to know the
*bottom line cost* of small orders - including handling and shipping etc
(preferably in UK? ?
