That looks to be intentional, from what I can see in his image. I'd
want to be taking a closer look at it to be certain, though.
thanks guys .. guess I will have to get some power to it and
try the tube in my ear type thing ..
Or look at this:
http://www.kingstate.com.tw/all.asp?fname=p33-1 which is close in
part numbering and general arragement except for the hole in the
top so perhaps yours has a hole underneath.
