That looks to be intentional, from what I can see in his image. I'd
want to be taking a closer look at it to be certain, though.

Or look at this:

part numbering and general arragement except for the hole in the
top so perhaps yours has a hole underneath.
Or this even which I believe is the exact match.
(I first thought the 'J' was a '3' poorly printed!)
