I just looked for an import command and no luck, sorry. It *should*
do that if you select "text" file type in the open dialog.
Access is smarter. When you open a text file in access, it give you
an expert to define column delimeters.
Works great for s-param files in pdf. Copy from pdf, paste in text,
open in access, save as text with a s2p ext and it's ready for a
smith chart app.
You might try that though because I did see an import export command
for Access when I asked the wiseacre office assistant.
Otherwise, I'd write an app to strip the damn things and change the
extension.

Word sucks. Trying to find the options to turn off the automatic
bullets is a chore. You have to look for the option to turn off
begining of line capitalization, too. Like duh! The friggin' program
*thinks* it found a spelling or gramatical error and yet it can't
figure out that you didn't type a period before hitting return. Then
it does all kinds of other stupid ***.
