Well he started a thread implying the President is overstepping the
bounds of his Constitutional authority, and I cited the controlling
primary authority in U.S. Reports for both that and the "unlawful
combatant" ruling- then he arrogantly snips that, tells me I missed the
point, goes into some desultory fog about someone stealing a handbag,
and other moronic crap- accuses me of having no argument etc. He is a
total aggravating retard. He probably thinks U.S. Reports is just
documentation for a future TV documentary or something quite common-
does not realize that the Supreme Court itself uses it for case law
research- has no concept of the role of courts in government or the
empowerment of the judiciary to make law under the English common law
system- just too much ignorance for me to tolerate- As I said before- he
is pure trash- if for no other reason than he lacks the humility to know
when he is a clueless vagrant who should just shut the hell up.
