Yes. Do a web search for 'LOWFER' and you'll find a *lot* of interesting
things.
Briefly: My Sony 2010 multiband receiver tunes down that low, but reception
is poor. It's much better if I use a longwire antenna _and an antenna
matcher_ (inductor and capacitor) to tune to the desired frequency. I can
get ZBB (Bimini, Bahamas) from my home in Athens, Georgia.
Longwave radios from Europe will tune part of this band; it's used for
broadcasting over there.
