Nope. There was a spelling error (putting a well-known alt.* group in
the subject line but starting it with "lt." instead of "alt.".

I have never even hinted that the off-topic posts stop. I did suggest
properly labeling them with "[OT]", but I knew that it wouldn't work;
it is a well-known aspect of Electrical Engineers (a class that includes
me) that they do not respond to reason - you have to have the ability
to fire them in order to change their behavior. :)
