No way of zapping them that I know. The best way to
increase service life is to reduce the charge termination
voltage (Vt). Using just slightly less than the cell's full
capacity extends its service life considerably, e.g.
life = 150 cycles at Vt=4.3V, 700 cycles at Vt=4.2V,
and 2,200 cycles at Vt=4.1V.
