Well, maybe not inductive. Through-hole caps do go significantly
inductive, especially values above 1000 pF. But capacitors specifically
designed for low inductance, and possibly some stock SMD parts, tend to
a *constant* impedance above the series resonant frequency, indicating a
mainly *resistive* impedance.
