Output impedance is:

      R*(2R)*(6R) 12*R^3 3
----------------------- = ------ = - * R
R*(2R)+R*(6R)+(2R)*(6R) 20*R^2 5

So, R = (5/3) * desired impedance, in this case.

Not much left for the OP to do, I suppose, except get rid of that opamp-twisting
pot on the offset null pins.
