A direct Quote:
The American Prospect is America's leading liberal magazine of
politics, a blend of essay, criticism, investigation, commentary,
and in-depth analysis.
No truth there! Just the very biased tail of the writer with no
proof for his position. I believe Many people went to Vietnam
and spent 22 months (2 tours) and returned to be given a hard time
by Kerry like anti war leftwingnuts!
I know I told my brother as he left for his first tour in Vietnam
that with the Nuts in the government who were meddling in the
Military's conduct of the war, that it was not possible to win,
and only some kind of treaty could even be hoped for. We didn't
get even that due to the leftwingnuts! He returned along with
several of his highschool friends from the second tour, and many
of them had more than three purple hearts, but they STAYED to try
to finish what they started. Kerry got out as fast as he could!
I don't know who Kerry is except by his voting record in the
Senate, and that is enough to scare the bejebbers out of any
rational person! I only know that if we still have free speech in
this country, no one should try to shut of the statements people
who were there from telling their side of the story!
