If you have a house with a raised foundation you'd almost be there.
Problem is one never knows who else lives down there. In AZ the chances
of meeting a rattler are even higher than here in CA. So far all I
encountered was a big old spider with hairs and all. Some of these are
also pretty nasty if they decide to defend their turf. Anyway, by now I
think I've got more than 100 pounds of cabling in these crawl spaces.
