State's rights are covered under Amendment X:
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively,
or to the people.
So, you see, the Constitution is _supposed_ to say, "This is what the
government is allowed to do, and they're _especially_ not allowed to
violate the following rights: <the BOR>". And that's all the government
is supposed to do.
Maybe it's time to call for a reinstatement of Original Intent, and throw
out all the bureaucrats.
