PayPal sucks but I use 'em. Reverted payments. Gestapo customer
service. But basically related to them wanting to "know your customer"
as far as a I can tell. Basically, DO NOT EVER CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE
NUMBER if you use PayPal.
