Not true. Leagaleese is a completely separate language from English.
What seems to be common English has an entirely different meaning.
English may mutate, but leagaleese doesn't. Technical languages are
like that (even electronics has it's own meaning for common English
terms (e.g. inclusive vs. exclusive OR).
