Hey, I kinda liked my idea. It's novel and just might work! :)
The technology behind "jamming" a radar signal is no small feat. From the
sounds of it, you just want a schematic and plans to build a $10 way to get out
of speeding tickets. Well, even if you had a schematic, you're still missing the
hardware you need to make it. It's not a simple project, by any means. And when
you try to place an order for microwave components, Big Brother is going to be
watching.
I'd recommend you just not speed. It's much easier, sorry.
