Problem is, he doesn't seem to understand what people really expect from software. Meaning the kind of people willing to plunk down serious money.
Thus my philosophy is never to upgrade SW or an OS unless there is a show-stopper reason for it. When I can buy an older version with a proven track record versus a glitzy new version, I will buy the older version.
The only OS from Microsoft that is high quality by my standards is MS-DOS.
