CCFL Piezo xfrmr @ 200 KHz or higher ?

Hello folks,

I have been looking high and low without success
for a source for a CCFL type Piezo transformer that
has a resonant frequency at 200KHz or higher.

5-10 volts in, and anywhere from 700- 2KV out
@ 1 ma or more.

Anyone know of such an animal ?
