a problem with 2sk1271 for the electronics masters of the web

hi all
hello every one I have a board drive a vibrator . The vibrator is a
coil and bars .The output of the board is from 60 Hz to 300Hz(adjusted
with VR)with about 250 volt feeding to the vibrator.The board including
2power MOS FET (2sk1271)it's maximum operating voltage 1400 volt from
the data *** . I can't find the (2sk1271)or any replacement but I
find another mos fet it has maximum operating voltage 900 volt and I
don't know what I can do with this problem? is there any solution
