Any time occurring during "normal business hours". After all, if I
were in my office, I'd be billing the time to someone.

I try to convince clients to pay for First Class air travel so I can
actually open my laptop and do something useful, but they usually
balk.

To Europe, it's either Business Class or above, or forget it... get
someone else.
