I wouldn't be so sure, especially these days. Trying to load you own software onto a PC in a hotel or an Internet cafe can land you in hot water quite quickly. They don't like that and for good reason since they can be held liable if mischief is being started from their premises. It is highly unlikely that their staff knows what LTSpice is.

In one hotel I saw an explicit warning to that effect right above the screen.
