Dunno we can expect anything resembling responsibility or intelligence
out of the mainstream media anymore. Seems to be something that
died out in the last generation. Their credibility is nearly zero IMHO.
I don't even trust what they show me on TV. They can make a couple
dozen rabid protesters look like 100s or 1000s if it suits their agenda.
Even worse, they completely ignore other issues that are of far greater
importance to modern civilization either because they can't get good
"B-roll" footage, and/or it doesn't fit their particular political
worldview.
Only grass-roots communication via the internet saves us from total
monopoly on the flow of news from those jokers.
