Re: Is New Orleans finished ?

I think it would be a very bad idea to "build it back just the way it was"
(using my tax dollars).

I really think we've had something like the sinking of Atlantis -- it might
be reasonable to think about giving parts of New Orleans back to the ocean,
and relocating the victims elsewhere.
