Let's consider the actions of previous administrations.
Obviously they were nil, because the study is still an
outstanding requiment. New Orleans has been below sea level
for a loooong time. We've had hurrcanes for a long time.
This is a very old problem. Why blame just the current
president?
Is this the only kind of study that could have been
fruitful, is it the best way to address the problem?
Does it even make sense to try to protect New Orleans from a
catastrophic hurricane? Since the place is about totally
ruined, why not find a better place for it and rebuild
there?
