Right. People can wait on rooftops for a few days and survive. People

Let the toy soldiers and civilian agencies do Biloxi house by house, where
it's nice and safe.




Bad idea! Bad Dirk! That will never be a solution. The military cannot be
used as a domestic police force. 

We are tyalking about a couple of weeks tops.
It's not like you have to cope with a Northern Ireland situation.


And a lot of the "toy soldiers" have rotated through Iraq once or twice by now too. 

Or not rotated through.
Too busy being ducks in the Bush-OBL shooting gallery to save people back home.
