"Nude union members get squeezed" would air.
"Union budget gets squeezed" would not air.
"horse plays piano at union hall" would air.
There is very little real news left on the air. What gets aired is what
they think will attract views without scaring away advertizers.
Err America is somewhat entertaining and is on the left but it isn't the
news. Faux News is not very entertaining and is on the right but it isn't
the news either.
Most media outlets are about as bad as the China Daily, which BTW is fun
to read from time to time. They front page the "Man Bites Duck" stories.
Strangely enough, the Christian Science Monitor seems to be fairly good.
NPR is biased but at least they cover stuff and don't just make stuff up
like some of the others.
