First off, Mozilla doesn't like the form of the url. I had to mess with it to get to the page.


Second, the PDF is done such that Acrobat 4 won't read it and Acrobat 5 has problems with it.

Fortunately I was able to a) get to it and b) convert it, without loss of information to a form that Acrobat 4 (and possibly even earlier versions) can read it fine with no loss of information.

If anyone else is having problems with it, I could post it to a.b.s.e.
