Yeah, I'm the sysop at www.abiengr.com, which is my client's website.
If you go to http://www.abiengr.com/~sysop/ , it should say, "Welcome
to the page that the PHB doesn't know about yet!" I've got a dynamic
IP, that uses http://www.zoneedit.com for a nameserver, that can
be updated in seconds; but that's my client's website, so I made
a subdir, /~sysop, where I put my fun crap. I told the nameserver
that http://www.neodruid.org should resolve to
http://www.abiengr.com/~sysop , but "cloaked". But I evidently don't
understand the subtleties of this "cloaking" and "server alias"
stuff yet.
IOW, http://www.abiengr.com/~sysop and http://www.neodruid.org
both resolve to
/var/www/htdocs/abiengr/~sysop for the server root. I just wanted
to keep the abiengr name out of the archives for my goofy stuff.
So, go ahead and try http://www.abiengr.com/~sysop/images , and
see if you still get a 404 - I'm inside the LAN, so I can't really
tell.
Thanks!
Rich
