OT (camera related): Looking for series V slide-on adaptor ring

Must slip over lens barrel 1.156 inches (29.36mm) diameter; presumedly a 29mm adaptor will do.

Adaptor series VI to series V (for above)
Two plastic Kodak holders for series V filters (empty)
One plastic Tiffen holder for series V filters (empty)
