Wait a minute. If he's in Oregon, and you're in Florida, what's the
threat? That's about as far as two places can be apart and still be
in the CONUS. Is he calling long distance? According to "CSI", and
"Without a Trace" and "Cold Case", you could have the FBI tap the
church's phone line and swoop down on the guy in a matter of minutes.

So what's the _real_ issue here?
