Re: AAA Battery Eliminator

I was planning on just getting a regulated AC-DC Adapter from Radio
Shack or somewhere. Since it does not have an input on the player, I
was just going to make a "plug-in battery." Does anyone see any
problems with this design?

Where the picture on the right is a dowel hollowed out with a wire in
it, and two screws on both ends to make the contact with the battery
contacts. The AC-DC adapter would be set at 1.5 V (Regulated). Do I
need anything else or does anyone see a problem with this?
