Heating air in a wind tunnel.

I have a small project that requires an air flow of approximately
250litres/min past a heatsink. This part is easy. The problem I have is that
the customer has requested the air temperature be 70C as it arrives at the
heatsink. I have been unable to determine the thermal capacity of air and
cannot calculate how many kW (?) I need to achieve this temperature in such
an airflow.

Any assistance would be gratefully received.
