Much too complicated and time consuming. It's much faster to
politely interrupt the caller in the 2nd sentence, or as soon
as you detect the nature of the call, "Excuse me sir, but would
you kindly remove us from your calling list?" This elicits an
immediate, "Yes, of course." At which point you may hang up,
or if you're feeling generous, say "Thank you," and hang up.
