I do that, but it depends upon my time and mood. They might also get
one of these responses:
Abuse,
"I charge $5 per minute, please provide your credit card details"
"I have to put you on hold"; placing the phone close to the TV for
10-20 mins.
Ask dumb, dumber and even dumber questions about the product/service
until they tumble to it. This is the most time consuming, but can be
really quite funny.
