So the USA caused Hitler to attack Poland and Russia and Denmark, and
stuff all those guys into ovens! And we forced the Kaiser to attack
France. Brilliant! Your historical insights never cease to amaze.
I suspected all along that we were to blame for absolutely everything.
That must explain why I walk around downcast all the time, burdened
with guilt. Thank you so much for straightening me out, and best of
