USB Digital IO module

Hi,
I wish to design a Digital IO module that has such specs:

- USB 2.0
- 16 bit IO
- Output current : 30mA max
- Output Voltage: 3.3V ~ 10V (by level shifter)

any design refference that i can refer to? Thanks
