Help..Cheap/popular IC for DC motor control?
What is popular/cheap IC for driving mosfets for PWM control of DC
motors?
My circuit has only two mosfets - one for forward drive and one for
freewheeling.
There is no reverse drive.
By the way as a general discussion, with what voltage is the gate of
the freewheeling mosfet fired during the PWM 'off' state ?
