Right, because of California's political leaning I suppose.

Democrats aren't the problem elsewhere in the country that I've
seen, but perhaps they are near Hollywood. Of course I blame
the Republican government because they are in complete control
right now, and if this happens it'll be because they bought in
and guided it along. Plus G W Bush will have to sign it.
As for Democratic congressmen in California, I say, help apply
the pressure. They probably ignore letters from out of state.

Not good enough, if the courts are simply interpreting and
enforcing what the congress legislates. Clearly it's up to
we citizens to influence and get the legislation we want.
