This was actually a very new building, built in the mid 80s, I think.
It was about 3 blocks down from UC at the top of University Ave. I worked
there for 6 years, and nobody I knew had a clue about why the sign was
there (even the building management folks didn't know or weren't talking).
One thing I hated was that the windows didn't open (unless you took
extreme measures, of course ;)
