I think so. You will have to put a low pass filter infront of the AD,
its complexity will depends on your intial sample rate (nyquist etc)
but as Win said look at seperate Bluetooth, also search for bluetooth
VoIP, but adpcm is free, and the source code was somewhere on the link
I posted earlier.
